AI Systems Engineer
Build and maintain the AI caller infrastructure, automation pipelines, and integration layers that power the Mark Scaling stack. You will work directly on the systems operators depend on every day.
- —3+ years building production AI/automation systems
- —Experience with voice AI, LLMs, or conversational agents
- —Proficient in Python and modern API integrations
- —Strong understanding of CRM systems and data pipelines
Roofing Operations Specialist
Serve as the operational backbone for onboarding new clients. You understand how roofing companies work — estimating, scheduling, inspections, crews — and help operators configure Mark Scaling systems to fit their exact workflow.
- —3+ years experience in roofing operations or field sales
- —Familiarity with roofing CRMs (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, HubSpot)
- —Strong communication and client-facing skills
- —Comfortable learning and operating technical tools
Account Executive — Roofing
Close inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial roofing operators. You believe in the product because you understand what it does — and you communicate that clearly and quickly.
- —2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or field services
- —Strong track record of closing consultative deals
- —Ability to learn product deeply and demo confidently
- —Self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to hit numbers
Content & Copywriter
Write the content that explains, attracts, and converts — emails, landing pages, case studies, and long-form pieces that capture the Mark Scaling story and value proposition. You write the way Felix talks: direct, clear, and grounded in results.
- —Portfolio of persuasive B2B or direct-response copy
- —Understanding of the roofing or home services industry preferred
- —Fast writer who can turn briefs into published copy quickly
- —Able to match a distinct voice and style
